Cleaning and maintenance

Many beginners don't clean their golf clubs as often as they should.  Clean golf clubs mean better contact with the ball and better accuracy.  If you play with dirty clubs the ball is more likely to spin the wrong way, and even a tiny amount will make a big difference over 100 or 150 yards. It could mean the difference between hitting and mising a green.
